Bio-B 100 from Biotics Research is a low dose b vitamin for use in multiple dosing. B-vitamins facilitate and maintain physiologic function by acting as enzyme co-factors. In other words, in order for enzymes to function in the human body to carry out normal processes, these enzymes must have their specific cofactors, such as vitamins.
