Biodophilus-FOS

BioDophilus-FOS (Powder) by Biotics: Lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium bifidum organisms in an FOS base. FOS is the food that bio-organisms grow in. Mix powder with water and take 15 minutes or more before or 2 hours after food.
