Lipidplex is designed to bind fats so that they will be indigestible. It is therefore useful to prevent the uptake of undesirable fats such as hydrogenated, rancid or highly processed vegetable oils. It will block the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins if taken with beneficial foods. Lipidplex can be taken with the meal if you must eat a meal containing undesirable fats.
Consider adding Mixed EFA's away from this product to get essential fatty acids.
